Jeff & Mindy

Jeffrey Neil Kippel and Mindy Heather Blackstien are a go-getting husband-wife team who are passionate about health, self-love, and inspiring people to embrace how they think, feel, act, look, function and dream.

With over 25 years of experience in the health & wellness industry, they helped pioneer the natural bodybuilding and fitness model movements. They founded prestigious organizations including FAME and the World Natural Sports Organization (WNSO) to inspire millions of personal trainers, coaches, athletes, consultants, models, magazines, and businesses to rethink fitness.

Jeffrey and Mindy are also the hosts of the hit talk and interview show Tuning IN with Jeff and (Sometimes) Mindy. They’ve featured dozens of writers, poets, storytellers, narrators, screenwriters, innovators, artists and experts who are on missions to educate, empower and entertain others through valuable lessons and amusing stories.

While attending university, Jeffery launched Recover, Canada’s first environmental magazine, while Mindy served as Executive Editor for the FAME International Lifestyle Magazine, as well as being a regular contributor to multiple wellness publications.

As the authors of The Ridiculous series, they love to entertain and inspire their readers through laughter and creativity with collections of larger-than-life science fiction adventures that harken back to comedy classics. 

The first edition was published under the title: The Ridiculous Adventures of Serbinand and achieved some great success reaching the top 300 on Audible in the comedy section and multiple top 100 rankings on Amazon & Kindle. It also garnered over 50 appearances on podcasts, talk shows, book readings and specialty events. 

Book 1 - Adventures of Adventurers - is now available and Book 2  is currently being edited With Book 3 already being written. Stay tuned as there are some really exciting things being prepared for the Trilogy Box Set, including an entire companion community complete with action steps, activities and, well, fun, for all ages. 

Jeffrey & Mindy have spoke on stages around the world on fitness, wellness, mindfulness, empowerment, creativity, and comedy. They are available for readings, speaking engagements and interviews.
